Adjust salary structure

FRESH Produce Development Agency (FPDA) is a government agency that contributes effectively in developing the horticultural industry in the country.
The organisation is predominantly involved in innovation and marketing of horticultural crops to the vast rural population.
However, one thing that lingers in the hearts of the FPDA staff is their salary structure.
Other national agricultural research systems (NARS) organisations have good salary structures with reasonable benefits.
FPDA needs to look into the welfare of its staff and enhance their morals.
Senior staff have low salary structure in comparison to the new staff on board. It’s very prejudicial, unfair and uncalled for. Can the government and FPDA board make necessary adjustments for the good of the organisation?
