IT is encouraging to note that many people are ta­king note of the filthy and unhygienic state of our capital city.
Some of us have been telling betel nut chewers to stop spitting all over, carry plastic bags to spit in or to use a bin, but Papua New Guineans are ignorant and inconsiderate.
Even children are following suit.
Adults, please start ta­king the lead in doing something positive, so that our children follow the right path.
