Air Niugini, Smartvel launch Covid-19 map

AIR Niugini and Smartvel have jointly launched an interactive Coronavirus (Covid-19) travel requirements map on www.airniugini.com.
The map is to help make it easier for travellers to stay up-to-date with international travel restrictions and entry regulations worldwide.
Air Niugini said, in a media statement, that “we see the need to keep customers informed on the latest international travel information as they plan their travel because of the ever-changing nature of the Covid-19 pandemic and the associated Government-imposed travel requirements”.
The map offers complete information on:

  • ENTRY restrictions;
  • QUARANTINE measures;
  • COVID-19 tests;
  • INFORMATION specific to vaccinated passengers;
  • TESTING labs in origin and destination;
  • FORMS and applications required;
  • HEALTH Insurance;
  • LOCAL health information; and;
  • CONNECTING flights information.

The map’s information comes from trustworthy sources such as International Air Transport Association.
