Aitape Lumi students neglected

AITAPE Lumi students are studying at various tertiary institutions and struggling to pay their fees as most of our parents are subsistence farmers.
Leaders in other parts of the country have initiated schemes to help their own and we deserve the same assistance.
It seems that we have leader who has no concern for his local human resource.
It is a disgrace.
Patrick Pruaitch, please put human resource as your first priority.
