Aiyura farmers caught in a fix

I LIVE in Aiyura Valley but I come from Okapa in Eastern Highlands.
I own a piece of land at Aiyura and grow vegetables and raise livestock.
What is making me disappointed is to see qualified NARI staff being transferred out or joining other institutions as this has affected many of the farm research projects that we have been carrying out on my land as a collaborative effort since 2005.
We, the stakeholders, are suffering silently due to this departure of NARI staff without completing the work that we do with them.
The new officers, who come as replacement, sometimes get confused over where to start and end, resulting in poor project turnover; and is an abuse of human resource and public funds.
I call on NARI to rectify the situation before it is too late.
