Allan must follow Oveyara’s move to pay school fees

I AM from another district but I would like to commend the member for Okapa Bonny Oveyara.
Recently, he visited tertiary institutions all over PNG to pay fees for students from his electorate.
It is a huge relief for many parents.
It shows that he is concerned with the development of human resource in his electorate.
If he can do that, why can’t my Unggai-Bena MP Benny Allan do the same?
