Allocate funds transparently

IT was reported that the Finance and Rural Development Minister and Member for Finschhafen (Rainbo Paita) is giving out money to groups and individuals in Burum Kuat and Finschhafen.
This are public funds which I contribute to as a tax payer.
It’s understood funds were handed to certain individuals to carry out infrastructural development projects in Burum Kuat LLG.
The public have the right to know where these funds have been used.
Some of these are old infrastructure projects which funds had been spent on but not eventuated.
For example, recently the member had allocated funds for the council chamber and roads.
How much funds were spent in the Finschhafen district including the Burum Kuat LLG by the former MP to date?
Do things transparently.
If there are large amounts of funds involved, get the tenders board be engage good reputable firms to carry out the tasks.
Not some cheap cheating local firms.
The silent majority are suffering due to certain selfish minority.
Please deliver us out of this hardship.
We need permanent roads.
Not just roads for four wheel drive vehicles.
Road is the only solution to our problems.
Handing out funds to individual is not the solution. It is not a long-term solution.
