And it’s all about Christmas

STUDENTS of the Don Bosco Technical School recently held a carol festival to herald the start of Christmas celebrations.
Father Angel Sanchez, who opened the festival, said: “Christmas is in our hearts. It is a time to celebrate the birth of Jesus and to thank God for sending his son as one of us.” Each class presented an item in addition to four solo performances by staff and students.
ITC1 won the best choreography and best carol singing.
Grade 9 Namuncurra won the best costume and best carol singing.
Emmanuel Bosing received the best solo performance prize.
Principal Martin Dai closed the event and the school year encouraging all to ponder on the birth of Christ and spend time in prayer during the Christmas period.
