The National, Monday February 24th, 2014

I THANK The National for interviewing our executive director of AOG Health Services.

Our PNG head office is in Wewak, Eastern Highlands.

We have been granted interim operational licence by the medical board of PNG to provide health services.

We have done our research on the performance of health services in all our six districts and the overall health services delivery in the province has failed by 76%.

All aid posts have no staff as there was no succession plan in place to gather for aging and retrenchment exercises since 2006.

We are happy to partner the government to deliver the needed health services through our church network.

We have a national and provincial health services roll-over pan that is now before the provincial executive council of East Sepik to be submitted to the national executive council.

We want to capture the 526 community health worker pilot positions.

We are waiting for the approval before we can employ staff to be attached to all our approved health facilities.
