Apec receives K300 million

The Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (Apec) summit has received K300 million in the 2018 Budget announced yesterday by Treasurer and Deputy Prime Minister Charles Abel.
“Since 2014, a significant amount of funds have been invested in this event,” he said.
“In 2018, the Government has allocated K300 million, with much of it being geared towards the administrative and logistics preparation.”
