Are govt cars on official use?

 ON my return trip from Magi Highway on a Sunday afternoon, I saw more than ten government vehicles, especially utilities, travelling up and down the highway. I wonder why. Where is Dr Puka Temu’s strict control measures he preached about? Next time, I will write down the plate numbers and have them published in the newspapers to see if any of those users are genuine.
