Are Simbai directors still alive?

On behalf of the shareholders of Simbai Exploration and Mining Company Ltd, I would appreciate it if the management and board of directors could answer the following:
When will the financial and management reports be released?
When will the dividend payment reports be released?
When will the company issue shareholders certificates?
When will the minutes of the board of directors and management meetings be made available to us, the shareholders?
I know of several shareholders who have died while waiting for their dividend payments as promised by the company directors in 2002.
