THERE are big projects planned for the Arona Valley that will bring opportunities for the unfortunate locals in the valley and the nation.
But currently problems are increasing, there is no distillery in the valley but beer is produced, there is marijuana, looting continues from Kasam Pass to the Fish Market and so as vandalism.
Water supply pipes were removed.
These were funded by the Obura-Wonenara government.
Before the projects started, the government should deployed and increased manpower for the Yonki police station and get rid of those perpetrators and vandalisers.
