ARTS Warriors meet Human Resource Management Hawks in the University of Papua New Guinea (UPNG) Rugby Football League grand final at the Waigani Campus in Port Moresby on Sunday (2pm kick-off).
Arts Warriors, who were victorious in their semifinal against minor premiers Hetura Cyclones, will be out to defend their title. Hawks, who beat SOL Brothers in the other semifinal, will be out to spoil the party.
The curtain-raiser will be between the UPNG Pythons Reds and the UPNG Pythons Blacks at 1pm.
“The grand final will feature several SP Hunters and Digicel Cup players who are now back with their home clubs,” a university statement said yesterday.
“Affiliated to the PNG Rugby Football League, UPNGRFL is the second largest league behind Port Moresby Rugby League in the Southern Confederation.”
