THE Simbu Disabled and Vulnerable (Tarango) Association is seeking support for the construction of a market to help raise funds for the establishment of a resource centre and an office.
The association is planning to build a mini market outside Kundiawa town at Wara Ega police barracks to raise funds.
Association founder and leader Kaima Peter Wagi said Chimbu had about27,000 people with disability and they needed support.
He said the association was formed in May 2013 and it desperately needed support from everyone.
“In order for us to reach out, we need to have the funding support, capital and resource centre to help out,” Wagi said. He said people with disability had the right to go to school and live a better life.
