Atiyafa right to support tertiary students

 ROBERT Atiyafa, member for Henganofi, has proven to his people that he can take responsibilities and be an advocator. 

Unlike other MPs in Eastern Highlands, Atiyafa was the first to conduct the school fee assistance scheme to help his tertiary students pursue their studies without difficulties. 

Such act has proven to us, the people of Henganofi,  that he is a true politician and can develop  our district as he is concerned about developing human resources. 

After all, in order for development to occur, there must be developed people who are knowledgeable, skillful and hardworking both in their careers and personal lives. 

As  one  of the struggling parents, I would like to thank the office of the member for the support and understanding in helping our tertiary students. 

The assistance was first introduced last year when Atiyafa was elected as the new MP after Fereo Orimeo. 

I commend Atiyafa for his initiative, which I believe all concerned parents and students would agree.
