Aussie doctors visiting

PORT Moresby General Hospital’s surgery division has notified the public that an Australian team of plastic surgeons will be visiting next month to treat people with body deformities.
POMGH plastic surgery coordinator, Dr George Gende, said all those concerned should report to surgeons in National Capital District, Milne Bay and Western Highlands provinces a week before they arrive.
They would be conducting operations at the POMGH for hand problems only from Jan 31 to Feb 6.
They visit Alotau General Hospital from Jan 23-31 and Mt Hagen General Hospital from Jan 30 to Feb 6 and would look at all forms of deformities.
