The Business Council of PNG (BCPNG) said in a statement:  “Participants have an unparalleled opportunity to learn about business opportunities in Papua New Guinea and network with senior Australia and PNG based policy makers and senior business people.
“The trade expo provides opportunities for Australian and PNG companies to market their goods and services to clients and purchasers in each country and broaden their business relationships”.
The event is scheduled for May 16-18 in Townsville, Australia.
The forum and trade expo is the major annual bilateral business meeting between Australia and PNG.
“The forum and trade expo attracts  between 200 and 300 senior Australian and PNG business and Government representatives, who come together to meet each other, hear about business opportunities, listen to expert presentations on a range of topics important to business, the economy and economic development and discuss these issues.”
