THE National Information and Communications Authority (Nicta) is calling on all licensed operators to complete and submit their declaration of net revenue form for 2019.
The operators are also required to provide a copy of any audited accounts for the 2019 financial year.
According to Nicta, operators must comply and submit these documents before June 30 or face penalties under section 270 and/or 274 of the Nicta Act which will include a fine or imprisonment as decided by the courts.
Chief executive Charles Punaha, when responding to queries from The National, said all licensed operators were required respond to Nicta’s letter.
“This includes operators who are not in operation, who may submit a nil revenue declaration,” he said.
