THE National Capital District Eastern Highlands off-season league starts off with a nines competition on Sunday at the Port Moresby Rugby League outer oval.
All interested clubs are to attend a meeting today 4pm at the PRL.
The competition will be called the Labi Amaiu Cup.
Teams will pay K50 to register.
