Back to the glory days

GOROKA town has been revived and gone back to its glory days.
As locals and citizens of Goroka, we would like to acknowledge the efforts of the authorities and individuals alike.
Our town used to be known for the rubbish and stray animals you find everywhere, greeting visitors, whether local or international
Things have now changed. The bus stops, the markets, shopping centres, parks, footpaths, institutions, the Yanepa Provincial Administration centre and almost everywhere else in Goroka is clean.
A special appeal now goes to us the locals Goroka: Please respect our town and keep it clean.
