Bad road getting worse

Letters

The Pabrabuk area in the Nebliyer district of Western Highlands is densely populated and hosts vital facilities like the Pacific Bible College, a secondary school, a health centre, and a primary school.
The district serves about 40,000 people, however, the roads in the area are bad and getting worse.
The gravelled road was built by the missionaries about 60 years ago. Tambul Neblyer MP Win Bakri Daki had a grader repairing the road surface recently but whatever improvement was made did not last.
I call upon our local MP to look into it again and perhaps seal the road as a lasting solution.
