Badihagwa all set for Trukai Fun Run

GOODMAN Fielders International through its brand, Flame Flour, donated 800 Trukai Fun Run T-shirts to Badihagwa Secondary High School in Port Moresby last Friday.
GFI promotion manager Fred Toua said as part of corporate responsibility, the company takes part in such activities as the annual Fun Run to sponsor schools.
Toua said the sponsorship to Badihagwa and community was more of a say thank you to the community for buying GFI products .
He hoped the school would raise money from the sale of the T-shirts to and have a good number of students run in the Fun Run next month.
School captain Timothy Stanford thanked Flame Flour for the sponsorship, saying they would raise money for the student representative council  activities in the school year.
Stanford and school deputy principal Richard Lelori and other students witnessed the presentation at GFI marketing office at Konedobu.
Meanwhile, the National Gaming Control Board also presented eight boxes of T-shirts to 17 schools in the National Capital District towards their preparations for the Trukai Fun Run on July 23.
