Baisu prison in dire straits

 I WRITE to express my concern about the current water problem in Baisu prison in Western Highlands Province.

The health authorities and inspectors need to inspect the prison. It seems that we are pretending and ignoring the fact that the inmates are human beings and are entitled to food and water. I appeal to the health authorities to inspect the Baisu prison amd ensure that there is no breach of health regulations. Prionser must be looked after properly while serving their jail terms.
