Bank needs to improve services

 I HAVE been  customer  of ANZ Bank since 2005. 

However, I am frustrated over their assistance and services. 

My  access  card expired on Dec 31.

So I returned the card to the branch at Waigani on Jan 2.

I was advised to fill out a customer instruction form and wait for two weeks for my card to be reissued. 

Since then, I am still waiting for my card.

I kept on calling and visiting the branch and was told that they do not know where my card is.

How  can  they  not know where my card is?

It is almost two months now, no sign. 

How long do I have to wait to get my access card?

I am sure there are many people out there who have gone through the same experience but just accepted it.

The bank’s manager needs to do something and  get  rid of these incompetent officers who are just occupying the positions  of many competent and productive people who are unemployed. Those incompetent people were employed  because  of  the ‘who you know’ system.
