THE Bank South Pacific brought smiles to patients and their caregivers at Gerehu Hospital in Port Moresby during a recent visit.
The BSP team presented T-shirts, caps, towels, thongs, stress balls, toiletries and hand sanitisers as Christmas gifts.
Hospital visits are part of the bank’s corporate social responsibility strategy.
Human Resource general manager Hari Rabura thanked the Gerehu Hospital management for allowing the bank staff to share the Christmas joy with patients.
“We get to share the Christmas spirit of love, joy, and peace and put a smile on those who will not get the opportunity to spend Christmas with their families,” he said.
BSP staff who volunteered to participate in the activity said the experience was “very fulfilling”.
