THE Papua New Guinea Barramundis are scheduled to play in the United States tour of the second round of matches in the Cricket World Cup League Two.
The tour, which started yesterday and ends on Sept 24 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, will see PNG go up against the United States and Namibia.
After a disappointing first round in Scotland last month, coach Joe Dawes is expecting much better results this time round.
“The team have been training well since returning from Scotland, there seems to be a genuine desire to improve,” he said.
“There is competition for spots in the squad so there is pressure on all to perform.”

Nao is coming back after 12 months of rehabilitation with his knee.
