BACK-to-back victories over Kenya have helped the Hebou Papua New Guinea Barramundis jump up to third spot on theInternational Cricket Council World Cricket League Championship ladder.

PNG rose to the history making occasion in front of home fans and family, defeating Kenya in two 50-over games at Amini Park last Saturday and Monday.
The fixtures were the first time that ICC-sanctioned games were played in the country and the Barramundis did not disappoint.
Kenya arrived in Port Moresby with a chance to join the Dutch at the top of the table. To do that the Kenyans had to win both matches against PNG.
However the 2-0 defeat meant that the East Africans stay in fifth place, four points behind the leaders (Netherlands), with Nepal sixth, followed by Namibia and the United Arab Emirates.
The Netherlands so far are unbeaten in the competition with four wins, consisting of two series wins against PNG and UAE, while both its matches against Scotland were washed out.
Giving the Netherlands 10 points after three rounds. While the Hebou Barramundis after six games have won four and lost two, giving them 8 points, placing them on third spot.
Hong Kong also has four wins from six games, with one loss to Namibia and one washed-out game, leaving them with nine points, one behind the Dutch.
Scotland, on six points, have dropped to fourth and are still hot on the heels of the top three.
All eight teams will have a chance to shake up the table, when the fourth round action gets underway in August.
The Netherlands will host Nepal in Amstelveen, while Scotland will take on the UAE in two 50-over fixtures in Aberdeen. October will see PNG hosting another home series (two 50-over games) against Namibia, while in November Kenya and Hong Kong face off at a yet-to- be-confirmed venue.
