THERE are many women leaders in the world like Argentina president Cristina Fernandez Kirchner, Australian prime minister Julia Gillard, Germany chancellor Angela Merkel, former New Zealand prime minister Helen Clarke, etc.
What I am trying to say is these women did not become leaders through some kind of a law or bill.
They made their way to the top through the normal election process.
The government must conduct more awareness on the need to vote more women into parliament rather than creating reserve seats, giving them a free ride.
