Be fair with climate change plan

I WISH to raise my deepest concern on the rural village solar lighting project at Hula, which the office of climate change has undertaken at a cost of more than K100,000 recently. In my view, this project in Hula as well as other selected provinces highlighted on EMTV is wrong as there are other areas which need climate change impact projects such as mangrove planting, sea wall construction or funding people migration and settlement on main lands, who are affected by rising sea level, for example, in Manus and the Autonomous Region of Bougainville.
