Beef up office to save funds

THE solicitor-general should vigorously defend all claims for and against the state as the country is fast running out of budgeted funds every year.
In the past, it seemed to be the norm for all parties having a claim against the state to settle matters out of court.
With the tight cash flow facing the government, all cases against the state have to be defended and exhausted through the court system.
Beef up the solicitor-general’s office with both young and experienced energetic lawyers to fight and defend the interest of the state.
