The National – Wednesday, July 6, 2011

THE district of Sinasina-Yongomugl has produced many leading elites who have and are still contributing to the development of this nation.
It is home to the Parliament Speaker, Jeffery Nape, Dr John Mua, Dr Sinebare Musawe, ambassador Michael Mauwe, Kerenga Kua, Dr John Kola and Dr Michael Unagi among others.
However, it has also been rated as the least developed district in the country by the Office of Rural Development last year.
The decision to appoint an acting district administrator is a joke.
If it the previous district administrator was bad, it is worse now.
The people of Sinasina-Yongomugl call on the provincial administrator to immediately revoke the acting district administrator’s appointment.
We have so many young and energetic people who can take over.
We do not want old recycled officers as they are stumbling blocks to progress.
Their time is over and they have proven to be incompetent in today’s computer age.
