Betel nut issue in NCD

WHAT is the use of controlling betel nut travelling into NCD by NCDC Board, and not controlling the pigs and dogs down on the roads, shop fronts, bus stops and at public offices selling betel nut which is creating lots rubbish in the city’s face?
Why can’t you stop the wholesale or totally ban betel nut in the city.
There are much to say about that.
But to make it short to Bernard Kipit, can you do an assessment and find out which of these people are doing this. I will tell you 97 % percent are from one region, therefore all leaders from that region in Parliament must try and sort the problem of selling in public places.
