Better late than never, PMV drivers

 PLEASE let me to comment regarding some of the PMV drivers out there. 

The constant pleas by the  police and Motor Vehicles Insurance Ltd (MVIL) to stop drivers  speeding seem to be falling on deaf ears. 

Some drivers are trying to play smart these days and are always speeding to reach their destinations on time, with little or no consideration for others.

They are compromising the safety of passengers, pedestrians and other motorists. 

These drivers should remember that it is better to arrive late than dead on time.
