Bias selection

THE selection of female students to tour the United States on a sports exchange programme is very good initiative between PNG and US to promote sports for female students.
However, since its inception in 2017 the students selected are all from Port Moresby.
What about the schools in other provinces?
There are capable female sports students out there who could one day be representing PNG.
Why concentrating only in Port Moresby?
This is total bias selection.
The US Embassy who is facilitating this programme must not concentrate only in Port Moresby but consider other schools in other provinces as well.
There must be fairness throughout.
Do not focus only on one region.
