Bin Laden dies – again

 A MAN with a famous surname died instantly when hit by a speeding vehicle at Sogeri road in Central last Saturday.

Provincial Police commander Heni Vagi said the victim was John Bin Laden, 28, of Kwia village in Wapenamanda district, Enga.

“The deceased was walking along the side of the road and was bumped by a speeding vehicle,” Vagi said.

He said the vehicle was heading to Port Moresby city from Sogeri government station.

“As the result, the deceased died on the spot due to the injuries sustained,” Vagi said.

He said the driver of the vehicle escaped by driving Port Moresby.

“The eyewitnesses provide conflicting information on the vehicle.

“This is because they were trying to save the deceased and forget about the information of the vehicle and the driver,” Vagi said.
