EAST Sepik is a leader through our Governor Allan Bird.
Many other MPs, HODs, CEOs of state agencies, do not have time – a precious commodity – for their subjects.
Absence of PR (public relations) – hostility, prejudice, apathy and ignorance.
Presence of PR – sympathy, acceptance, interest and knowledge.
Thank you Governor Bird who always have time for his people by communicating with them either via Facebook, mainstream media or both.
This is noble and of leadership genre.
Vice is the result of ignorance.
