HEAD bishop of the Evangelical Lutheran church and two others have been ordered by the National Court not to interfere in the operation of the Lutheran Shipping Ltd.

The management and board of Kambang Holdings, trading as Lutheran Shipping Ltd, applied for the restraining order against Bishop Giegere Wenge, Sir Arnold Amet and Tonessi Ewebi.

The court was told that the company had two separate boards of directors with two general managers, two managing directors and two chairmen.

Justice Bernard Sakora ordered that Wenge, Sir Arnold and Ewebi, by themselves individually or conjointly, or by their servants, agents and employees were restrained from interfering in or with the Lutheran Shipping Ltd.

The court also restrained them from effecting decisions calculated to influence the governance and the corporate affairs of the company.
