A UNIVERSITY student is looking forward to going back to school.
Karen Sibut, 21, was engaged by the City Pharmacy Ltd group over the weekend at the Stop & Shop Rainbow to conduct a customer satisfaction survey.
“It is a great learning experience to try new things, walking around talking to customers, this is just a weekend job.”
She is a third-year student in business management at the school of business and public policy at the University of Papua New Guinea.
A customer satisfaction survey helps a business or organisation to improve and strategise services.
Karen is from Madang and East Sepik.
She completed grades 11 and 12 at Marianville Secondary School outside Port Moresby and grades nine and 10 at Tusbab Secondary in Madang.
Karen said it was good to get job experience.
“I’m looking forward to school again and to do my best this year,” she said.
