Blame the government

The troubles at the LNG site happened because the Government had not been able to do its job properly.
It should not pass the buck.
If I were the government I would come out to the public and explain why money owed the LNG landowners had not been paid.
The landowners have been living in Port Moresby for nearly a decade now but have not received any feedback on the matter.
Postponement after postponement have been made and no one has explained why.
This has provoked the landowners to resort to a primitive way of solving problems.
Has the government something to hide?
