Bmobile embarks on new project

BMOBILE-Vodafone has embarked on a new project to improve customer experience in order to meet global standards.
This was announced last Thursday at the opening of its Waterfront outlet by head of sales and terminals Mil Kotogama.
He said the re-launching of the retail outlet was basically to “enhance customer experience, hoping to set the retail bar in Papua New Guinea so that customers can experienced the same level of customer service as what people in other countries experience on a daily basis”
To celebrate the occasion, a ‘spin the wheel’ promotion was run to encourage customers to spend more than K50 at the outlet for a chance to win a prize.
Kotagama said the Waterfront outlet was one of the latest outlets where they rolled this out and that they were going to continue this throughout PNG.
He said that it was also a part of the expansion into the 4G network, which has been effective with positive results which customers had been responding well to.
Customer Elise Sanagke was selected to spin the wheel and won a prize.
She said she was happy with bmobile-vodafone and hoped to purchase more from them.
The ‘spin the wheel’ promotion has been held in most bmobile-vodafone outlets around Port Moresby with only a few outlets remaining.
Once the promotion has finished in Port Moresby, it will move on to Lae, Mt Hagen and Goroka.
