Bmobile’s free SIM offers target new customers

IN its third week of its May “Mayhem” promotions, bmobile is, for the first time, targeting new customers with its free SIM offers, a social media pass which gives customers seven days of unlimited access to social media sites.
The free SIM offer is available at bmobile retail outlets nationwide.
Interested customers are advised to bring a valid photo identification (ID) along as SIM registration is required under National Information Communications and Technology Authority (Nicta) regulations.
In the first week of May, it was bmobile’s cheap mobile data plans that received the “10x data” treatment.
For instance, the smallest plan on offer – the K3 dynamic daily – went from offering 500MB (megabytes) of data to five gigabytes (GB), while the largest plan – the K150 mammoth – went from offering 30GB to 300GB during the promotional period.
This made it the cheapest mobile data plan in PNG at the time.
This was followed up in the second week of May by applying the same tactic to its popular MOA Pack bundles, with each of the five different bundle options (MOA day, MOA weekend, MOA week, MOA fortnight and MOA month) offering unlimited on-net and off-net calls, SMS and 10 times the standard data being offered.
In its third week of promotion, the free SIM also comes preloaded with bmobile’s MOA week pack as standard that includes unlimited on-net calls, 30 minutes of off-net calls, 30 SMS, and as part of this week’s “Mayhem!” promotion plus 3GB of data (which is 10 times the standard data offered).
