Its board has nine members and is chaired by Wain Erap president Charlie Foike. His deputy is Pr Baafekec.
The eight-member liquor licensing board is headed by clergyman Robert Gesungtau, who is the longest serving member, while his deputy is chamber of commerce representative Nigel Merrick.

Each board has a woman representative.
