Boarders told to pay fees

I WOULD like to forward a complaint to the Education Department.
Why is the Wapenamanda Four Square High School in Enga charging excessive school fees?
Isn’t the school aware that the national government is paying the bulk of school fees this year?
The school is charging K550 and K850 for Grade 10 and Grade 11 boarders respectively.
As a concerned parent and guardian, I urge the Education Department to look into this matter.
