Body to promote refrigeration sector

THE Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Association (PNGRACA) is a new body that aims to promote good practices in Papua New Guinea’s refrigeration and air conditioning industry.
The association, set up by industry technicians and stakeholders, made the call on Wednesday to mark the World Refrigeration Day celebrated worldwide.
PNGRACA president Daniel Geoghegan said their mission was to ensure that licensed technicians and their companies were following the rules set up by the Conservation and Environment Protection Authority (Cepa) and PNGRACA and signed off on World Environment Day earlier this month.
