Bonus rewards for Digicel customers

DIGICEL prepaid subscribers who top up their accounts electronically with K3 or more will get bonus eFlex credit equal to 20% of the top up amount, the company announced yesterday.
Customers can top up as many times as they want and will get the bonus eFlex credit every time and bonus eFlex credit is valid for seven days.
Digicel said this is a move aimed at rewarding its loyal customers and attracting new ones.
“If the customer has existing unused and unexpired eFlex credits from this promotion and makes another eFlex top up, the additional eFlex credit will be added to the existing eFlex credit,” the company said.
“This eFlex credit can be used for any type of voice and SMS transactions.
“For every successful top up a customer does, he or she will receive a SMS notification saying:
‘Thank you for topping up. We have applied 20% bonus eFlex credit on your account valid for voice and SMS only and expire in seven days. To check your bonus balance, please dial &140#.”
Executive officer John Mangos said Digicel has competitive call rates and offer on all its services and products and as a result of implementing its growth strategy effectively.
“It is only fair that we share our success by rewarding our customers,” he said.
“We remain consistent with our promise to offer value to our customers and that is why we provide affordable call rates, handsets, and rewarding bonuses.”
The promotion targets all prepaid Digicel customers and will run through to Aug 31.
