THE City Mission Farm at Mirigeda, outside Port Moresby, received food, clothing and tools from the Papua New Guinea Methodist Church last Saturday.

Congregation members from the Eight-Mile church delivered three truckloads of items worth more than K7,000 to the group of young men at the farm.

“Make good use of yourselves and make Papua New Guinea proud,” church leader Chew Pang Heng told them.

“We hope you will change yourself into a useful person to make society and the country proud.”

City Mission chief executive Rev Ron Brown said the organisation needed to serve more than 1,000 meals a day at its establishments at Mirigeda, Koki, Lae and Haus Ruth.
