Bougainville still has nothing new

I AM sick of reading about the finance minister in the Autonomous Bougainville government and the president crying over unpaid money from the national government.

First, I want to know from these two leaders what they have done with the K100 million given to their government last year.

I have not seen any real development – no sealed roads or new infrastructure like  hospitals or schools.

Where are your high impact projects?

The old, dusty Buka town is still the same.

The Kokopau-Arawan and Buin road is still the same and the promise of a new vessel for Bougainville is  still the same old story.
