Boy, 3, who wants to be a pilot meets Capt Pakii

TYPICAL of a three-year-old boy, Warden Pahun Tapo was up early on March 15 and excited because he was getting on in an aeroplane.
He specifically requested that it had to be a big plane and not one with a propeller plane as in his vision, it looked small.
Warden was returning to Port Moresby after spending time with his grandparents in Alotau.
As he boarded the flight at Gurney Airport, he told his dad that he must take a look at the pilot.
During the flight, Warden kept on asking to see the pilot.
A flight attendant overheard him. And guess what? His wish came true.
Sure enough, he met the pilot but not just any pilot. He received a hug from the pilot and sat on Captain Beverly Pakii’s lap.
His mother Tina Veisami told The National that Warden had a big dream of flying and wanted to be a pilot.
She thanked Captain Pakii for sparing her time to meet Warden.
