Brian Bell expands service, joins online ‘marketplace’


WITH the growth in online shopping around the country, the Brian Bell Group is exploring the digital space with new service innovations in the pipeline, according to group chairman Ian Clough.
Clough said as data costs reduced and data speeds increased, more people were looking toward digital solutions, cloud-based applications and online shopping.
“Our goal is to ensure that the Brian Bell Group is always innovating and providing market leading products and services to improve customer experience,” he said.
“The e-commerce landscape is challenging to PNG and one that we are progressing into with a high degree of strategy, planning and end consumer satisfaction as a priority.
“Our largest retail division, Brian Bell Homecentres, has thousands of products that are well known in PNG, with some of the world’s leading international brands, all at value price points and importantly covered by our famous Brian Bell nationwide warranty.”
Clough said the company had taken the first step in its ecommerce journey with Jungle Online Marketplace ( which is stocking via a new shopping platform, a range of products from the Brian Bell Homecentres including popular brands Nike, Puma and Adidas.
“By partnering with Jungle, we can provide all of our customers across PNG access to a select range of great products online that will be delivered to your door.”
